Thanaka is a yellowish-white cosmetic paste made from ground bark. It is a distinctive feature of Myanmar seen commonly applied to the face women and girls and to a lesser extent men and boys.
The River Church is an independent congregation of Christians dedicated to demonstrating the love of Jesus to Poughkeepsie and beyond through practical faith and servanthood. Our building is located at 70 S Hamilton St. Poughkeepsie, NY. We have services every Sunday at 11am.
