The idea behind betheriver.com is to give you sort of a virtual tour of the church through its people, because that's really
what a church is made of. To do this, we had a bunch of people involved in various aspects of the church get in front of
a bluescreen and talk about what it is they do. Of course, the people you see here only make up a fraction of the church body,
and there's a ton of stuff we do that isn't featured on this site.
Technical Mumbo-Jumbo
Betheriver.com uses Flash Video on nearly every page, so it requires a recent version of
Adobe Flash Player.
You should already have it, and if you don't, it's really simple to download. Also, while the videos are as small as possible, they probably won't
work so well if you have a dial-up connection, or if your computer is older than, for example, Elijah Wood.
For those of you who are using a slow connection or an electric typewriter, we've provided video-free version that contains the same information,
without the media.
