Volunteers in the Youth Prison Ministry of The River are dedicated to building meaningful relationships with young men in minimum-security correction facilities. The purpose is to fill a relational gap that these teenagers have had, to serve as friends and mentors, to teach them about Jesus, and hopefully to be a guiding influence that will help them to make the right decisions as they continue their lives.
